As a leader in sustainable technologies, Johnson Matthey is seeking a talented Administration Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your role is crucial in driving our mission to transition to a net-zero future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and office support to KSA, CT, and JM leadership.
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing communications, scheduling, travel, and office operations.
  • Support the General Manager across MENA by tracking initiatives and preparing leadership communications.
  • Oversee immigration and mobility processes while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage petty cash, expenses, and gather market intelligence in KSA and the MENA region.

Key Skills:
  • Relevant qualification or experience in administration/public relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel/expense systems.
  • Effective communicator with strong planning and coordination skills.

This position is crucial for providing extensive administrative support and serving as a Government Relation Officer, ensuring compliance with all necessary legal matters related to visas, permits, and employee registration.
