About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. You will also maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to standard recipes.
  • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar area and equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
