Join Cisco as a Senior Business Analyst!
As a vital part of our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing customer connectivity and protection in the AI era. We're looking for an individual with a strong background in business analysis and a passion for technology.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support for quote creation, complex bundling, conversions, quote validation, and approvals using our CPQ engine.
  • Assist and validate deals ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines for ARR growth.
  • Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote/order form process in collaboration with cross-department stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Channels Representatives, Account Executives, Deals Desk, and Finance to convert deals into orders.
  • Monitor sales hygiene in CRM and work with sales leaders to rectify errors.
  • Contribute to the updating of the Sales Operations Playbook.
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business analysis.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Must be an Arabic speaker for effective communication.
