About the Role:
Join Almarai, the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy company and a major player in the MENA food and beverage industry, as our Business Development Manager. In this vital role, you will drive the bakery marketing and planning to achieve excellence while ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Bakery Marketing, Planning, Packaging, and Product Development functions.
  • Lead the development of Bakery Fresh/Frozen portfolios and new adjacent categories.
  • Fulfill tasks from the Bakery Business unit and ensure timely updates and reporting.
  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring effective order processing and superior customer service.
  • Represent Almarai at international exhibitions and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or bakery sector in the Middle East.
  • Strong negotiation and business communication skills.
  • Experience in managing supply chain processes and inventory.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
