About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Bakery Marketing, Planning, Packaging, and Product Development functions.
• Lead the development of Bakery Fresh/Frozen portfolios and new adjacent categories.
• Fulfill tasks from the Bakery Business unit and ensure timely updates and reporting.
• Oversee sales operations, ensuring effective order processing and superior customer service.
• Represent Almarai at international exhibitions and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or bakery sector in the Middle East.
• Strong negotiation and business communication skills.
• Experience in managing supply chain processes and inventory.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
