Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager!

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for closing big deals and driving growth? We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive new business growth across Saudi Arabia
  • Win and close enterprise-level clients
  • Expand our localization and translation services
  • Promote and sell AI-powered products and SaaS solutions
  • Build strong pipelines and consistently exceed sales targets

Must-Have Requirements:
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Proven experience within the localization/translation industry (LSP), ideally with well-known companies in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong track record of closing enterprise deals in KSA
  • Based in Riyadh
  • Established network in the Saudi market (Riyadh preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Nice to Have:
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
  • Understanding of translation workflows, CAT tools, and QA processes
  • AI/MT solutions and localization technology
  • Experience with CRM tools (*, Freshsales)
