Customer Service Employee (Arabic/English) — Full-time. Tasks: Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp/Email/Front. Follow up on orders via the dashboard and resolve issues during scheduled working hours. Brief documentation of cases and end-of-day report. Requirements: Excellent Arabic + Good English, excellent communication skills, typing speed, ability to work under pressure, commitment to working hours.
