Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a customer service representative at CsMena in Riyadh. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional daily customer service.
