Customer Service Representative (Call Center) We at Qatoun for Hospitality Booking Services are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative to join our call center and business chat team, where you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone and through chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and friendly manner. This position requires excellent communication skills in Arabic and occasionally in English, the ability to work with technical (cloud-based) customer service programs, work under pressure, and experience in using customer relationship management systems and computers. The ideal candidate should possess patience and flexibility in dealing with different customers, along with the ability to work as part of a team and achieve the set performance goals.

Required female phone marketer - Riyadh (Al-Suwaidi, close to Qasr Mall) working hours from 4 PM to 11 PM (Friday is a holiday) salary 3000 riyals + rewarding commissions mixed working environment conditions experience in telemarketing and sales (essential) high skill in persuasion and dealing with customers experience in the field of telecommunications or sales of electronic devices is preferred
