Job Description:
•Contacting customers to inform them of the results of the investigation into their complaints.
•Ensuring the quality of communication and maintaining customer satisfaction levels as specified by the client.
•Adhering to all call procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree.
•Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the same field.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and relevant systems.
•Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to perform clerical duties.
•Languages: Proficiency in English
