Call Center Agent

Receiving inquiries and customer complaints via phone or other channels, and providing the necessary information and support to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Following up on requests and notes and working to document them accurately, while adhering to company policies and quality standards in dealing.

A customer service representative is required to work in the call center of a leading company in the field of medical clinics, where the job requires communicating with customers with high professionalism, answering their inquiries, and solving their problems. The job includes the following tasks: receiving phone calls, recording and documenting customer requests in the system, following up on complaints until resolved, and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure the best service is provided. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, proficiency in using computers, and previous experience in customer service.

Work hours are from 11 AM to 7 PM.
