Job Responsibilities
Providing high-quality customer service through managing incoming and outgoing calls, accurately processing service requests and complaints, and ensuring timely follow-up in accordance with company standards and customer satisfaction objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receiving calls from the toll-free number and identifying customer needs.
  • Creating detailed service tickets in the Cloud for Customers (C4C) system.
  • Assigning the tickets to the relevant departments and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Managing voicemail and calls to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Implementing external call campaigns for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional activities.

Development and Performance
Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills, and striving to achieve individual and collective performance objectives.

Academic Qualification
Diploma certificate in any relevant field

Work Experience
Beginner - 02 years

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
