Communicating with customers: Following up with customers after purchases to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. Managing complaints: Dealing with complaints and feedback effectively and quickly and ensuring their satisfactory resolution. Coordinating with other teams: Working in coordination with different departments to ensure the provision of the best possible service. Required qualifications: Previous experience in customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with customers effectively. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
