Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative ☎️✨

We are looking for an active and distinguished female customer service representative to join the Al-Saif team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage store accounts on the Salla platform and follow up on orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Coordinate with shipping and delivery companies to ensure speed and accuracy of delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and work to improve their experience.
  • Assist in monitoring social media content and responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Internal coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computers and the ability to work with e-commerce systems (experience with the Salla platform is preferred).
  • The ability to manage and organize multiple tasks.
  • Politeness and patience in dealing with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
