About the Role
The Executive Secretary will support fee earners and the Office Manager, managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will foster collaborative relationships across departments, ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and schedules, acting as the main contact for internal and external communications.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visas.
  • Ensure timely entry and submission of time records and expenses.
  • Assist with drafting emails, letters, and managing documents.
  • Support the LSS team during absences and provide reception cover as needed.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a University Degree and have excellent English communication skills. Intermediate to advanced IT skills involving MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel are required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment are essential.

Working Conditions:

  • Strong project management skills (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of independence and professionalism.
