Position Objective:
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving customer acquisition and subscription growth through direct, field-based sales activities. This role focuses on promoting and selling consumer subscription services (B2C), engaging customers face-to-face, and consistently achieving daily and weekly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer onboarding experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily field visits to residential and commercial areas to promote and sell consumer subscription services.
  • Proactively engage potential customers, clearly explaining service features, packages, pricing, and promotions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable subscription plans to maximize conversion rates.
  • Support basic customer onboarding, including collecting required information and coordinating with internal teams for service activation.
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation and compliance with company sales processes.
  • Maintain daily activity logs, including leads generated, visits conducted, and sales closed.
  • Submit regular performance reports to the Sales Supervisor, highlighting achievements, challenges, and pipeline status.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and brand guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of field sales experience; experience in telecom, subscription-based services, or FMCG sales is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and field-based environments for extended periods.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
  • Basic familiarity with mobile applications, digital forms, or CRM tools for reporting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on field schedules and customer availability.
