About the Role
The Finance Manager at HEIGHTS Company will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategies of our organization, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance. Join our dynamic team in Riyadh to lead our financial operations and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional events and construction services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing results and identifying trends.
  • Prepare timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
  • Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors and regulators.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability, reduce costs, and support business decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 35 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong experience with financial software systems.
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic development.

Requirements
  • Qualified ACA (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Experience in a global organization in a multicurrency environment.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting principles.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
