Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests throughout the flight.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional conduct at all times.
  • Meet the needs of passengers in a caring and enthusiastic manner while being mindful of diverse cultures.
  • Keep updated on all safety and emergency procedures, including first aid and in-flight services.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining a secure environment on the aircraft per aviation regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Persian (Farsi) is required.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Medically fit and capable of passing the GACA medical examination.
  • Excellent overall appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to swim at least 50 meters unaided.
