- Recording daily sales in cash and on credit and through delivery platforms, and ensuring their compliance with the electronic invoicing system approved by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
- Preparing accounting entries for all financial operations (purchases, operating expenses, salaries, rent, etc.) on an approved accounting program and organizing the supporting documents electronically and in paper form.
- Monitoring inventory of flowers and other products..
- Preparing and reviewing electronic tax invoices and ensuring that VAT is calculated correctly at a rate of 15%, and including all required invoice data systematically (tax number, date, description of service/product, tax value).
- Preparing VAT tax returns (monthly or quarterly depending on the volume of sales), and reviewing all transactions to ensure the correct processing of tax before submitting the declaration. • Preparing periodic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, simplified cash flow statement) to show the store's performance to the owner, highlighting peak seasons such as holidays and events and assessing their impact on profits.
- Monitoring operating expenses (salaries, rent, flower purchases, packaging, shipping, and delivery) and suggesting opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Monthly bank reconciliation, matching account balances with bank statements and points of sale and electronic payment platforms.
- Ensuring the preservation and archiving of all accounting and tax documents.
- Attendance is required one day a week to collect purchase invoices, the rest of the days will be remote.
5 emails per week / 3 hours daily.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
