As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining property standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  • Guest Services: Foster a customer-focused culture by ensuring exceptional service and addressing guest feedback effectively.
  • Staff Management: Train and manage hotel staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support team development.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Sales And Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintenance And Facilities Management: Ensure quality standards are met and coordinate maintenance operations.
  • Reporting And Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports and analyze data for improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and experience with Accor is preferred.

Qualifications
