Join Fuel Professional Consulting as an HR Officer – Executive Level
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing the daily HR operations, while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies. This position requires a strong foundation in HR processes and platforms to support an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, and manage interviews. Issue employment contracts electronically.
  • Employee Relations: Monitor attendance, maintain employee records, and issue HR letters.
  • Payroll & Social Insurance: Prepare monthly payroll, register employees in GOSI, and manage subscriptions.
  • Government Relations: Handle contracts, issuance and renewal of Iqamas and visas, and ensure Saudization compliance.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepare HR reports and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
  • Experience with HR/ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
  • Good command of English.
