Daily Responsibilities:
  • Create programs to maintain a positive work environment for employees.
  • Administer an annual team member satisfaction survey.
  • Welcome and orient new staff members.
  • Develop innovative strategies to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Manage employee records ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent.
  • 2 years of related experience in Human Resources or equivalent education and experience.
  • Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
