HR Officer

Conditions and Requirements:

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.

  • Previous experience in the field of human resources of not less than two years.

  • Full knowledge of the systems of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

  • Knowledge of salary procedures, social insurance, attendance and departure monitoring, and employee file management.

  • Proficiency in using Excel professionally (creating tables, formulas, monthly reports, and data sorting).

  • Good skills in using human resources systems like Mudad, Social Insurance, Qiwa.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing monthly salary statements and ensuring compliance with labor systems.

  • Monitoring attendance, departure, vacations, and termination of services.

  • Preparing monthly human resources reports using Excel.

  • Updating employee data in official systems and ensuring its accuracy.

  • Coordinating with government agencies (Qiwa platform, Social Insurance, Mudad).

  • Contributing to the development of administrative policies and procedures within the company.

  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
