Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our medical center. If you have a strong HR background and leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee performance management, training, and development programs
  • Ensure legal compliance with Saudi labor law and HR regulations
  • Supervise payroll, benefits, and compensation activities
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems

  • Develop and test HR data collection forms or questionnaires to ensure relevant data collection.
  • Identify and address individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing actions to build capabilities.
  • Provide training or coaching to improve performance and fulfill potential.
  • Set and achieve performance objectives using the organization's performance management systems.
  • Manage workstreams or small projects within transformational change programs, ensuring integration with related projects and building acceptance of change.
  • Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives, using precise and descriptive language for tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
  • Experience in dealing with various situations and advising others.
  • Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
