Key Responsibilities:
  • PRO Management: Coordinate and manage all PRO activities and requirements, ensuring efficient processes through effective documentation.
  • Administration: Maintain staff files, monitor document expiry dates, manage medical insurance cover, and arrange travel for employees.
  • Financial Management: Handle cash requests, monitor payment reports, and manage petty cash.
  • HR Policies & Procedures: Update company policies, prepare holiday notifications, and enforce new company procedures.
  • Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment processes, manage job requisitions, and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary items are prepared.
  • Employee Management: Support employee hardware needs and foster a positive working environment.
  • Training & Development: Assess training needs and monitor training certificate expirations.
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll and overtime entries.
