About the Role:
The Talent /Human Resources Manager will manage HR operations and talent initiatives for the Saudi Arabian offices, playing a critical role in shaping the employee experience and supporting strategic business goals. This role thrives on ownership, autonomy, and execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and leverage platforms like Qiwa to manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
    • Oversee day-to-day HR activities including payroll and benefits in compliance with Saudi labour laws.
    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations.
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
    • Support internal audits and operational excellence across HR processes.
  • Talent Management:
    • Identify talent needs and support workforce planning with Practice Group leadership.
    • Drive onboarding and performance management processes.
    • Support learning and development initiatives tailored to the local context.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Champion employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion initiatives.
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and support employee surveys.

Skills and Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • Strong HR experience, ideally within professional services or multinational environments.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Performance & Development: Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions. Identify training and development needs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for all employees. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all payroll activities.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and maintain HR policies in line with legal requirements.
  • HR Projects & Systems: Lead or contribute to HR projects including process improvement and HR technology implementation.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience.
