Join Zahran Facilities Management as a Human Resources Specialist!
We are the Kingdom's leading facilities management company with over 40 years of experience. We pride ourselves on delivering integrated hard and soft facilities management services. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage HR operations effectively and support our Vision 2030 goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support HR-related requests.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation related to HR processes.
  • Assist in improving HR procedures and enhancing employee experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (*, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
