Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with local labor laws.
  • Support workforce planning, performance reviews, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally.
  • Collaborate with finance on payroll and compensation updates.
  • Monitor and enhance workplace culture in line with Nakhla’s mission and values.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
