As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Efficiently manage new hire integration and offboarding procedures ensuring proper documentation.
  • Attendance, Leave & Employee Administration: Monitor attendance and maintain confidential employee files.
  • HR Reporting & Data Management: Provide advanced HR reports covering key metrics related to employees.
  • Policies, Procedures & Compliance: Develop HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Recruitment: Support the recruitment team and prepare hiring plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize events to enhance employee engagement and promote company culture.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on Social Insurance documentation.
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to Social Insurance.

  • Assist in employee relations activities concerning benefits and insurance.
  • Prepare HR and Social Insurance reports as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Social Insurance processes and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources concepts and practices.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in an HR role focusing on Social Insurance.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and government platforms.
