At Tracks Logistics, we are looking for a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for overseeing employee affairs and ensuring the company's compliance with labor regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervising employee affairs including recruitment, payroll, and vacations.
  • Following up on social insurance.
  • Preparing and following up on contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Dealing with insurance and workplace injuries.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience of no less than 6 years in the same field.
  • Good knowledge of human resources systems and government regulations.
  • Proficiency in office programs and the English language.
