We are seeking a qualified legal professional to provide expert legal services and consultation in our Riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts in both Arabic and English.
  • Preparing legal regulations, defense arguments, appellate petitions, and motions for reconsideration.
  • Expertise in foreign investment systems for companies and the Capital Market Authority.
  • Experience in labor and commercial cases.
  • Familiarity with commercial bankruptcy law.
  • Expertise in company establishment and liquidation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • 10 years of experience in legal practice and consultation (commercial, civil, labor).
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and relevant international laws.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
