Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across Saudi Arabia and international markets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, generating student leads, managing events, and strengthening Masiratna’s position as a leading Australian education consultancy in the Saudi Arabian market. This role is based in Riyadh, with local and international event representation required.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Brand Marketing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Position Masiratna as a top-tier Australian education consultancy in KSA.
  • Strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Digital & Traditional Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts (social media, paid campaigns, content, performance tracking).
  • Manage traditional marketing activities (print, outdoor, partnerships, exhibitions).
  • Oversee marketing budgets and campaign ROI.
• Lead Generation & Growth:
  • Drive qualified student lead generation.
  • Support conversion strategies in collaboration with sales and business development.
  • Analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Events & Representation:
  • Represent Masiratna at local and international education fairs, exhibitions, and events.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing activations and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with universities, institutions, and corporate partners.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with business growth goals.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate internal and external marketing teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations for marketing activities.
• Data, Analysis & Performance:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong experience in digital and traditional marketing.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to represent the company professionally at high-profile events.
• Experience in education, services, or international brands is a strong advantage.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

1. Strategic Planning: Developing integrated marketing strategies and plans to achieve the company's overall objectives,identifying the target audience and developing appropriate marketing messages for each segment,conducting market research and analyzing competitors and consumer trends.

2. Managing Marketing Campaigns: Supervising the creation of marketing content in all its forms,leading and directing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels,coordinating with sales teams and product development teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales objectives,new openings analyzing ROI with finance management. 

3. Analysis and Reporting:Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytical tools,providing periodic reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns,using data and analytics to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for improving future strategies.

4. Leadership and Supervision:Leading and motivating the marketing team and developing their skills to achieve the best results,providing daily guidance and supervision to team members,collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure the achievement of the company's shared goals,identifying recruitment needs and hiring suitable talents for the department.
