Main Responsibilities and Duties

1. Strategic Planning: Developing integrated marketing strategies and plans to achieve the company's overall objectives,identifying the target audience and developing appropriate marketing messages for each segment,conducting market research and analyzing competitors and consumer trends.

2. Managing Marketing Campaigns: Supervising the creation of marketing content in all its forms,leading and directing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels,coordinating with sales teams and product development teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales objectives,new openings analyzing ROI with finance management. 

3. Analysis and Reporting:Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytical tools,providing periodic reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns,using data and analytics to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for improving future strategies.

4. Leadership and Supervision:Leading and motivating the marketing team and developing their skills to achieve the best results,providing daily guidance and supervision to team members,collaborating effectively with other departments to ensure the achievement of the company's shared goals,identifying recruitment needs and hiring suitable talents for the department.
