Join Enova by Veolia as an Operations Manager!

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee operational activities and manage facilities, ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving Enova’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop overall Site Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure Operations Management strategy is delivered for Contractual Sites.
  • Lead the Site Operations team, setting individual objectives and managing performance.
  • Participate in the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against the budget.
  • Manage the execution of maintenance contracts and supervise the implementation of quality maintenance works.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and evaluate suppliers for quality service delivery.
  • Conduct operational audits to gather feedback and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-12 years of operational management experience, including 4 years in a managerial role.
