As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and improving our systems. This role demands strong leadership and decision-making skills as you guide our operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably within the financial or investment sector.
  • Experience in a financial company licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
  • CME-1 certification is required.
  • Strong skills in operations management and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in using relevant operational systems and software.
