Job Objective:
To supervise and manage the production cells effectively, ensuring availability of qualified personnel to meet the production plan.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly staff communications to gather feedback and address improvements.
  • Set maintenance intervention priorities and employee training objectives.
  • Conduct annual appraisals and quarterly coaching sessions.
  • Plan the organization of production cells based on workload and absences.
  • Manage operator versatility and ensure appropriate training.
  • Address staff absence traceability and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HR procedures.
  • Lead improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role.

Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in team management within industrial environments is desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
