Project Coordinator - Media Production Field

:
The coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating the stages of media project implementation, ensuring smooth workflow among all parties, from the beginning of the project to its final delivery, while adhering to the schedule and required quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Coordinating project timelines and following up on stages of implementation.
• Coordinating between different work teams (Production, Design, Editing...).
• Following up on updates and daily tasks for each project.
• Communicating with clients or internal teams to understand requirements and clarify details.
• Preparing periodic reports on the progress of work and submitting them to management.
• Ensuring the project adheres to the defined budget and schedule.
