About the Company:

A specialized agency in creative growth providing advertising, production, data analysis, and branding strategies. We are looking for a skilled project manager to lead operations efficiently and ensure projects are delivered on quality and time.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Manage and execute marketing, advertising, or design projects from inception to delivery.

  2. Coordinate with creative teams, production, data, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

  3. Prepare timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

  4. Monitor quality of work and provide periodic reports to management and clients.

  5. Analyze and address risks to ensure project success.

  6. Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their needs and meet their expectations.



Basic Requirements:


  1. At least two years of experience in marketing, advertising, or design.

  2. Proficiency in English both spoken and written (a must).

  3. High ability in planning, organizing, and managing teams and deadlines.

  4. Experience with project management tools such as: Asana, Trello, Monday, or others.

  5. High communication and negotiation skills with different parties.

  6. Deep understanding of the advertising market and creative trends in the region.



Additional Requirements (Important):


  1. Preferably someone with an academic background in marketing, communications, business administration, or design.

  2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  3. A leadership personality capable of making quick and effective decisions.

  4. Preferably someone with previous experience working with agencies or creative companies.

  5. Willingness to work full-time in Riyadh.

  6. Availability of a portfolio or list of previous projects managed.
