Join our team and contribute to the growth of our operations in the oil and gas sector. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient procurement processes, supporting our purchasing automation initiatives, and engaging with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute ERP purchasing signals efficiently.
  • Maintain ERP data and support purchasing automation initiatives.
  • Engage with suppliers for quoting activities to secure the best pricing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and processing of payments to suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to manage shipment arrangements.
  • Resolve frustrated cargo issues with the warehouse team.
  • Work with various departments to understand and support their procurement needs.
  • Continuously work towards improving departmental KPIs.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in procurement or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven experience with procurement processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the ARM ERP system will be required.

  • Familiarity with supply chain best practices, ERP systems, and inventory control.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
