Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the supply chain
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
Conduct cost analyses to achieve budget targets
Perform market research and price analysis to secure the best offers
Collaborate with project teams to determine material needs

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Engineering or Architecture
A minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry
Proven expertise in material site applications
Experience with subcontractor contracts
Excellent command of English
Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of suppliers and subcontractors, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East
Familiarity with import/export procedures for international procurement
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
