Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain detailed records of quality reports and documentation.
  • Formulate inspection procedures to report on quality issues.
  • Monitor operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Implement preventative measures against health hazards.
  • Conduct regular audits across the production floor and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address quality and safety concerns.
  • Train team members on food safety practices and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • General knowledge of quality standards.
  • Preferably eligible for the Tamheer program.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of food safety, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in confectionery, and a strong understanding of food safety standards (SFDA, HACCP, ISO, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Fluency in Arabic (English preferred).
