Position: Quality Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Objective: To monitor the implementation of quality standards across company operations, ensure compliance with approved procedures and policies, and contribute to improving operational performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the implementation of quality standards in operations and services provided by the company.
• Conduct periodic inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with approved procedures and policies.
• Record inspection results and prepare regular reports on quality performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Customer Service, Sales) to resolve quality-related issues.
• Propose improvements to procedures and operational processes to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in training teams on quality standards and operational procedures.
• Follow up on customer complaints related to quality and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or operational processes.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data management systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Participate in activities to review performance reports of performance indicators and provide necessary recommendations for improvement. Participate in activities to review performance reports of initiatives and prepare decisions that correct the implementation paths in line with the strategic objectives. Participate in activities to review quality assurance reports and approve and supervise corrective actions. Complete the tasks of following up on the implementation of corrective actions. Implement activities to organize performance management meetings with departments and assess achievement levels. Update indicators and targets. Apply the mechanism for reviewing data and ensuring the accuracy of information and the availability of supporting documents for performance monitoring, quality control, and approval. Complete tasks to investigate the reasons for deviations from quality standards. Participate in preparing and analyzing beneficiary satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations. Adhere to work rules and ethics and the entity's policies. Perform any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

As a vital member of our Quality Assurance team at V2X, the Quality Control Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities are executed safely and according to aviation standards. Your ability to perform inspections directly impacts aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to verify compliance with aviation standards and safety requirements.
• Review maintenance across multiple disciplines, including Powertrain, Engines, and Avionics, ensuring accuracy.
• Perform thorough inspections and document findings, tracking corrective actions effectively.
• Prepare and submit various reports, including inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to maintenance teams to enhance quality improvement processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
• 5+ years of helicopter maintenance experience and 2+ years in a quality control role.
• Strong skills in interpreting technical manuals.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with AH-64, UH-60, MD-530F, or AH-6i aircraft.
• Familiarity with maintenance test flight documentation.
