  • الإشراف على القسمين المرتبطين إدارياً.
  • توجيه جميع الأعمال والعمليات وضمان جودتها.
  • تطوير الأعمال ووضع استراتيجيات مقترحة للنمو والتوسع.
  • بناء وتدريب فريق عمل الإدارة لتحقيق الأهداف السنوية.
  • التنسيق مع جهات ذات علاقة مثل الجهات الحكومية والبنوك لتحقيق المتطلبات.
  • ضمان التطبيق الصحيح للأنظمة واللوائح المعتمدة.
  • إعداد التقارير الدورية وتوثيق المعلومات.
  • تنسيق السياسات التسويقية لجذب العملاء الجدد.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • درجة البكالريوس في إدارة عامة أو إدارة مالية.
  • خبرة 53 سنوات في أدوار إشرافية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • حضور دورات تدريبية مناسبة بما في ذلك دورة من الهيئة السعودية للمقيمين.

  • Ability to prepare reports directed to financing and regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
