Job title: Receptionist – Pilates Studio

Main Responsibilities:
• Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and positive smile
• Scheduling appointments and managing bookings through the electronic system or phone
• Responding to inquiries related to classes, schedules, subscriptions, and special offers
• Monitoring registration procedures and renewing memberships, and collecting payments when needed
• Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the reception and studio area to reflect a professional image
• Providing administrative support to the team, such as preparing files, recording customer data, and sending updates
• Monitoring the availability of studio supplies such as towels, water, and retail products, and coordinating for reordering
• Promoting a comfortable and stimulating environment that reflects the studio's values and image

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• English language
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with various personalities
• Proficiency in electronic booking systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Polite, friendly personality, and a team spirit
• A passion for the fitness world is considered an additional advantage!

– Scheduling appointments and organizing bookings to avoid conflicts

– Resolving any issues that customers may face regarding the services or products offered

– Providing additional assistance to customers, such as guidance within the facility or help in selecting products
