*Current main tasks in the orthodontic clinic:-*
*First: Communication with patients*
• Responding to patient inquiries (via phone or messages) and providing the necessary medical and financial information.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with patients after the visit to check on them.
• Farewell to patients after the session, ensuring payment is completed, and setting the date for the next visit.

*Second: Financial procedures*
• Monitoring invoices and remaining payments and updating them periodically through an Excel file on Google Drive.
• Tracking and printing Invisalign invoices monthly (at the end of each Gregorian month), after approval, and sending them to the financial manager, while adding them to the designated Excel file.
• Reviewing laboratory invoices monthly (at the end of each Gregorian month) after approval, and sending them to the financial manager.
• Coordinating with “Tabby” and “Tamara” services to facilitate covering costs for patients when needed.

*Third: Therapeutic and administrative coordination*
• Receiving Invisalign molds and organizing delivery and installation appointments for patients.
• Preparing financial acknowledgment forms and discussing payment details with patients, while saving copies electronically in the designated Google Drive file.
• Coordinating the transfer of patients to the relevant doctors when needed and scheduling orthodontic appointments based on the treatment plan.
• Organizing patient entry to the clinic and ensuring smooth workflow, and coordinating an additional clinic when needed.

*Fourth: Marketing and attracting reviewers*
• Daily content creation (photos and videos) and publishing it on appropriate platforms to enhance engagement.
• In-house marketing through the digital Invisalign screen inside the clinic.
• Encouraging patients to leave positive comments on Google Maps.
• Covering events and recognition cases with photography and documentation with the doctor.

*Fifth: Case follow-up*
• Sending the instruction booklet in PDF format after the first session of orthodontic treatment and placing attachments.
• Monitoring the receipt of retainer devices from the laboratory and coordinating delivery appointments for patients.
• Directly solving patients' problems and providing full support that reflects care and attention.
Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
