Responsibilities: - Welcoming guests and assisting them upon arrival. - Efficiently managing reservations. - Providing information about escape rooms, including themes, difficulty levels, and rules. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area. - Processing payments and managing cash transactions. - Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth guest experience. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is preferred. - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service position is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Computer skills and knowledge of reservation management software. - Proficiency in English is considered an additional asset.
