Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical tasks. The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and professional front desk area.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with basic office software and administrative systems.
