Join Our Team as a Receptionist!
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work directly with one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Patient Service desk while providing exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Patient Service and Reception.
  • Schedule consultations, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments.
  • Open/update Patient records and manage payment processes.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the waiting room.
  • Provide welcomed support, clarification, and information regarding delays to patients.
  • Implement Good Patient Care Practices according to current procedures.
  • Communicate occurrences requiring analysis and intervention to higher levels.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong focus on patient care and customer service.
  • Dynamism and multitasking skills.
  • Good organizational abilities and interest in administrative tasks.
  • Well-groomed appearance.
