Customer reception and encouraging the improvement of customer service and satisfaction, and following up on disputes and complaints
- Responding to phone calls and emails
- Encouraging the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
- Presenting all the services we offer to the customer
- Reviewing hotel prices and organizing invoices accordingly
- - Working with the team and handling work pressure

- Proficiency in using computers
- The ability to face the public

Salary Range: 4000 Saudi Riyals
