As a Regional Sales Manager at A10 Networks, you will play a crucial role in driving business opportunities across the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Service Provider markets. This position requires a combination of sales expertise, negotiation skills, and strategic market understanding to meet and exceed organizational sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities with or without partners.
- Negotiate, coordinate, and make business decisions to close deals effectively.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and control project progress.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Interface with resellers, distributors, and channels to expand A10's sales force.
- Manage accurate forecast reports and business plans.
- Ensure effective internal communication with the Sales Engineering team and external stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- 8+ years of industry experience in Business Development, Product Management, and Strategic Alliances.
- Established relationships with major telco/wireless equipment/solution vendors.
- Strong background in security infrastructure and cloud services.
- Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree in Business is preferred.
