About the Role
Join The Luxury Collection as a Reservations Agent where you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. In this position, you will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, providing a welcoming and professional service that reflects our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all reservation requests received by phone, fax, or mail.
Identify guest reservation needs and determine the suitable room type.
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
Input and manage data in the reservation system.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or *** equivalent.
No related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
